BEHRINGER Singapore is in search of an experienced, analytical and meticulous individual who will review global business performance to provide decision support for CEO’s office.

Job Purpose: Review global business performance and provide decision support for CEO's office

Responsibilities

  • Take part in evaluating and modeling new business strategies
  • Review global pricing and discount structure for yield sensitivity
  • Review new product pricing and discount structure for profit return
  • Review product / segment performance against return criterion
  • Develop and review incentive and promotional programs against return criterion
  • Review commercial aspects of marketing and promotional programs
  • Develop and review performance of internal incentive programs
  • Support and implement strategic directives from the CEO's office with the objective of:
  • - Sustainable profitability growth (e.g. new product screening)
  • - Cost reduction (e.g. central repair facility)
  • - Organisational capability (e.g. creation of Market Makers JD's, reports and workflows)
  • - Operational excellence (e.g. best-in-class working capital management)

Qualifications

  • University degree in Accountancy/Finance
  • Post-graduate qualification in Finance/Investment

Experience

  • 7 years

Special Skills

  • Financial modeling
  • Acute business acumen ("thinks like a business man operates like an entrepreneur ")
  • Able to work with multiple functions and levels throughout the organisation
